Tom Brady is retired, has said he’s retired, is most definitely retired.

Still, this won’t stop the rumors from coming back.

The former Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New England Patriots legend recently appeared in a video with the popular YouTuber MrBeast, whose real name is James Donaldson, and was faced with a challenge to knock down a drone hovering in the air with a thrown football. Purportedly shot on a $300 million yacht, Brady, who brought two of his children, joined Donaldson and members of his crew.

“All right,” Brady says during the video, “if I hit the drone on the first try, maybe I should come out of retirement.”

Brady got some warmup throws in. His daughter wasn’t confident.

“Dad, you’re gonna like miss,” she says, to which he responds, “I probably will miss.”

Did Tom Brady actually hit the drone during the MrBeast YouTube video?

Well, there’s only one way to find out.

(He did, on the first try).

What is Tom Brady up to these days?

Brady was just in France, where he attended the 24 Hours of Le Mans, at which he and his Brady Brand were a team sponsor for Hertz Team JOTA. Sunday he sat next to Jelena Djokovic, the wife of men’s tennis icon Novak Djokovic, at the French Open, where Djokovic won his 23rd Gand Slam title, a men’s all-time record.

Brady awaits his new job as the FOX Sports lead NFL analyst, a 10-year contract he signed reportedly worth $375 million. Brady will start the role in 2024.
