One could say that these words could spark a big reaction from the Miami Heat, but knowing how this series has gone so far, that’s very unlikely.
Some people within the Heat organization claim that they can make a comeback and shock the Nuggets.
Jimmy Butler claimed it’s not impossible, Erik Spoelstra said they are working to go back home, and Kevin Love reminded people that he was on a team that returned from a 3-1 deficit.
All these statements sound good on paper, but the series has told a different story.
Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray have been playing great basketball in the Finals.
If that wasn’t enough, the Nuggets have players that can take over games like Aaron Gordon or Bruce Brown.
This team is so well-constructed and well-coached that it makes it really hard for the Heat to have a chance at a comeback.
Still, until the final buzzer, Miami will have a chance, and we have to wait for Game 5 to see if the Nuggets can celebrate at home or wait a few more days.
