The New York Knicks suffered another early playoff elimination this year after the Miami Heat took them out in the second round.
Jimmy Butler and co. were too much to bear for them, but the Knicks have more work to do this offseason.
Julius Randle underwent surgery on his left ankle, which bothered him during the season and especially in the playoffs.
After the news was announced, the All-Star forward took to Instagram to send a message to Knicks fans.

Randle is one of the leaders of this team, and the best player alongside Jalen Brunson.
The Knicks have high expectations for this duo and with Randle healthy by the time training camp starts, they will have a better chance to compete.
Randle had another All-Star season, averaging 25.1 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 4.1 assists in 77 games.
He was selected to the All-NBA Third Team, confirming that he’s one of the premier talents in the association right now.
When his healthy, the Knicks will have a chance to compete against any team in the East.
The Knicks have big expectations coming into the next season, and with a couple of moves, they could become a top team.
Hopefully, Randle can stay healthy and we get a chance to see how special this Knicks can be next season.
