The 2023 NFL season is still several months away.

At this point, any team has the opportunity to win the Super Bowl, which gives analysts plenty to speculate about.

There are certainly front-runners in many peoples’ minds, including the Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles, and potentially, the New York Jets.

The Baltimore Ravens aren’t necessarily a focal point of conversation for many but don’t tell that to Victor Cruz.

In a recent edition of The Carton Show, Cruz said, “Look out for this team to make a really big Super Bowl run.”

Cruz didn’t just make an empty claim but provided several pieces of evidence to back up his bold assertion.

“They got Lamar locked in, he’s going to be coming in with a different mindset,” Cruz said.

This, of course, is about Lamar Jackson, who has recently been signed to a long-term contract extension.

Cruz believes that, with new motivation in mind, Jackson has a much higher ceiling.

Many thought that Jackson didn’t give his all to this team with a looming contract decision to be made.

Now that he’s been signed, the sky is the limit, at least, in Cruz’s mind.

Cruz also pointed to Jackson’s offensive pieces, such as Odell Beckham Jr. and Mark Andrews as reasons for a Super Bowl push.

The Ravens’ offense could be a lot more pass-friendly this season, especially considering their new offensive coordinator, Todd Monken.

While Cruz has high hopes for the Ravens, they will have an uphill battle to make the Super Bowl, given the strength of their division and the AFC as a whole.
