As the Pittsburgh Steelers continue their search for a worthy successor at quarterback to the retired Ben Roethlisberger, they will perhaps rely on their defense to be competitive.

That defense starts with outside linebacker T.J. Watt, who is one of the best pass rushers in the NFL.

On Thursday, he posted a video on his official Twitter account that shows him attempting to clean his swimming pool, only to fall inside of it.

Luckily, he said he is ok.

The mishap likely caused a twinge of anxiety among members of Steelers Nation, especially after Watt suffered a pectoral injury while also undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery last season and playing in just 10 games.

He had the least productive season of his career, posting only 5.5 sacks, 12 quarterback hits, and eight tackles for loss, just a year after he had 22.5 sacks, which tied a league record.

That year, Watt was named to his fourth straight Pro Bowl (he earned his fifth straight nod in 2022) while getting his third straight All-Pro first-team selection and winning the Defensive Player of the Year award.

However, Pittsburgh does need help with their pass defense, which ranked 19th in yards and 28th in touchdowns allowed last season.

They have Kenny Pickett, who was a rookie and was underwhelming last season, as their starting quarterback, as well as former Pro Bowler Mitchell Trubisky behind him at QB2.

But with Diontae Johnson, George Pickens, and Allen Robinson II, the Steelers do have a nice cast of wide receivers to give Pickett and Trubisky some reliable playmakers at wide receiver.
