The Chicago Bears recently made a blockbuster trade with the Carolina Panthers.
In this trade, the Bears received D.J. Moore, the number nine and 61st pick in the 2023 draft, and a future first and second-round pick as well.
All the Bears needed to give the Panthers in return was the number one overall pick in the 2023 draft.
This trade has been highly graded for the Bears, with many fans excited about what this means for the team’s future.
In a recent segment on Get Up, Dan Orlovsky commented on the situation, giving his take on the impact on the Bears.
“Justin Fields will play MVP-level football for the next two seasons,” said Orlovsky.

Fields has made headlines over the past several seasons, as many NFL analysts have been skeptical about his abilities.
However, many have contended that Fields hasn’t been given a fair shake in the league, including Orlovsky.
By giving Fields a receiving weapon like Moore, and potentially drafting other offensive players, the Bears should be in a great spot to succeed in 2023.
Fields was a great prospect coming out of Ohio State, where he succeeded with superstar talent at the receiver position.
Will he be able to find similar success in the NFL with better weapons?
The Bears haven’t won the NFC North since 2018, and have only made the playoffs twice in the last ten years.
With news of Aaron Rodgers potentially leaving the Green Bay Packers, the division could be up for grabs.
Can Fields lead the Bears to a division title?
