The Miami Dolphins feel like they have their quarterback of the future in Tua Tagovailoa.
He had a career year last season, despite only playing in 13 games.
One of the reasons he missed games was because of concussion issues.
Tua suffered two concussions last year, and both were a major cause for concern.
Alabama head football coach Nick Saban says he is concerned about his former quarterback.
“I think any time guys start having multiple concussions it’s a cause for concern”

Concussions have always been a large part of the NFL.
But, the league has tried to do it’s best in limiting the number of head injuries.
They have brought in new helmets and penalized players for helmet-to-helmet contact.
But, it seems like Tua had some bad luck with how his helmet would hit the ground.
We have seen many players in the past whose careers have been cut short due to head injuries.
Hopefully, we never get to that point with Tagovailoa.
Miami has a chance to be very good next season if Tua can play the whole year.
He led the Dolphins to an 8-5 record last year, and Miami should be a double-digit win team with him.
It would not be a surprise to see the Dolphins invest in a very good backup quarterback.
Knowing the injury history of Tua, they need to have someone that can step in and win them games.
Hopefully, we will get a full season of Tagovailoa in 2023 as he would add another good quarterback to the AFC playoff race.
