The NBA playoffs are set up to be one of the most competitive in recent years.

Both conferences have a handful of teams that can win the title.

The league is full of parity this season, and whichever team gets hot in the playoffs might walk away with the championship.

But, if you had to pick a favorite to win the championship, many people would pick the Phoenix Suns.

This is simply because of the move they made to acquire superstar Kevin Durant.

But, Kendrick Perkins seems to think the Suns do not have enough to win the title this year.

Perkins is concerned with the lack of depth on the Suns.

Other than their big four starters of Durant, Devin Booker, Chris Paul, and DeAndre Ayton, they do not have much else.

In Sunday’s game against the Dallas Mavericks, both Kevin Durant and Devin Booker played 40 minutes.

They also combined for 73 of Phoenix’s 130 points.

It is becoming quite apparent that the Suns are too reliant on their two stars.

Off the bench, only one player scored double-digit points and that was Ish Wainright.

But, even that was an anomaly as he averages only 4.4 points per game on the season.

Against some tough teams in the playoffs, the Suns may be putting too much pressure on their stars.

But, they knew what they were getting into when they traded for Durant.

They went all-in, now it will be interesting to see if it pays off or not.
