Just over a month has passed since 17-year MLB veteran Scott Rolen was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.

Rolen was the lone player on the ballot to be added to the Hall of Fame in 2023.

The star third baseman played most of his career with the Philadelphia Phillies and St. Louis Cardinals, but also made stops with the Toronto Blue Jays and Cincinnati Reds.

Rolen decided to enter the Hall of Fame with a Cardinals cap on his plaque.

Since his election, things have been humming along just fine for Rolen and his family.

On Twitter, Cardinals writer John Denton gave an update on what Rolen has been up to ever since.

Clearly, Rolen is excited for the opportunity to be in the Hall of Fame.

But given what he told Denton, it appears that things have been relatively normal for him since the election.

Rolen says that things have changed, but in a positive way.

He also talked about how he and his family live in a reclusive area and that right now, they’re simply trying to soak everything in.

He’ll certainly get a loud standing ovation on Opening Day in St. Louis when the Cardinals Hall-of-Famers take the field donning their signature red jackets.

Cardinals fans had been clamoring for the slugger and eight-time Gold Glove Award winner to be elected to the Hall of Fame.

Finally, fans in St. Louis have gotten their wish and will get a chance to see the newest member of the Hall of Fame this summer.
