The Bucks said Antetokounmpo knocked knees with a Heat player.
Antetokounmpo signalled for Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer to call a timeout after making a pass. He flexed his knee and walked slowly off the court toward the locker room.

Antetokounmpo was returning from another injury — a sprained wrist — suffered on Feb. 16 in Chicago. He was considered a game-time decision to play.
The Greek star participated briefly in the NBA All-Star Game last weekend before leaving the floor. He went for further tests on his wrist earlier this week in New York.
The two-time NBA MVP and seven-time All-Star is third in league scoring (31.8 points) and second in rebounds (12.2) this season.
