Not so long ago, the Jacksonville Jaguars were a bit of the league’s laughingstock.
Their recent success had been shortlived, and there was no sign of that team that somehow made the playoffs with Blake Bortles at quarterback.
Notably, Doug Pederson’s arrival has done more than enough to turn that narrative around, with the Jaguars winning the AFC South division and looking like a team that will be very solid for years to come.
That’s why everybody in their hometown should be thrilled to know that they can actually meet and greet the local stars at Waffle House, as it’s reportedly become a regular hangout spot for Jaguars players looking to grab a bite.
Waffle House is becoming the go-to destination for Jaguars players to have lunch or dinner at. Safety Rayshawn Jenkins is the latest to pay a visit.

This isn’t exactly what you’d expect from people making literal millions for a living, but who doesn’t like a good-old waffle?
Needless to say, those wanting to meet their favorite players shouldn’t wait for long, as the players aren’t likely to keep up these sorts of eating habits once they need to report for training camp again.
The Jaguars shocked the world by becoming the hottest team in the league in the final stretch of the season, taking down the Tennesee Titans to snatch the division title away and then coming back from a 27-point deficit to knock the Los Angeles Chargers out of contention.
They’ll have a tough time keeping up with the Kansas City Chiefs, Cincinnati Bengals, and Buffalo Bills in the AFC, but there are plenty of reasons for optimism in Jacksonville.
So, waffles on the house?
