The Golden State Warriors cannot seem to play consistently good basketball.

They have been teetering around .500 for a while now and cannot string good performances together.

After a disappointing loss on Sunday, the Warriors were slated with a back-to-back game with the Washington Wizards.

This was a game the Warriors needed and they won it, 127-118.

Golden State was without Klay Thompson for this game as he has not been cleared yet for back-to-backs.

But, the Warriors could not afford to keep dropping their games because their players are resting.

Luckily the Warriors are still loaded on offense, even without Thompson.

Stephen Curry and Jordan Poole carried the load in this game, with the former scoring 41, and the latter 32.

This was the first time we saw vintage Steph Curry since he returned from his shoulder injury last week.

Golden State needed every bit of his incredible shotmaking today.

The Warriors have struggled on the road all year, as this win improved their road record to 5-17.

Another player that was crucial in this victory was Draymond Green.

Despite his scoring deficiencies, Green has always been known to hit clutch shots.

Which he did once again in this game.

It is also with mentioning how important forward Anthony Lamb was in this game.

Playing 25 minutes off the bench, he was an incredible +36 for the game.

He even shot 4-5 from the field and 2-2 from three.

Now the Warriors have two more tough tests coming up.

They face the Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers in their next two games.

Both of whom are top teams in the Eastern Conference.

Now would be a great time for the Warriors to turn their season around.
