Being a fan of the Chicago Bulls hasn’t been easy this season.

The team is currently the 9th team in the East with a 19-21 record, which is far from what they want but not as bad as they were.

It is clear that if the Bulls wish to make it deep into the playoffs this year, they will have to get it together and play incredibly well for the next few months.

We don’t know if that will happen but the team’s most powerful duo is currently doing very, very well and showing signs that perhaps this season could be turned around.

On Saturday night, the Bulls took down the Utah Jazz, 126-118, at home.

Unsurprisingly, it was Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan who were doing the most for the team.

DeRozan put up 35 points, 2 rebounds, and 7 assists on 13-of-22 from the field.

Meanwhile, LaVine was good for 36 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists on 12-of-21 shooting.

The Bulls have been looking increasingly confident lately, especially because of LaVine, and have actually secured victories in 8 of their last 11 games.

Are things really coming together for the windy city?

Dynamic Duo

LaVine has been impressive: Saturday’s game was preceded by a 41-point performance against the Philadelphia 76ers just days before.

For the season, he is averaging 23.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 4.3 assists, with an impressive 46.9% from the field.

DeRozan has also been a beast for his team, with 26.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 5 assists a game on a whopping 50.4%.

The problem is that injuries have once again slowed the running of the Bulls and the team is struggling to keep up with the rest of the Eastern Conference.

But it’s clear that they still have a lot of fight in them, especially with the powerhouse pairing of DeRozan and LaVine leading the way.
