The Dallas Cowboys have had plenty to celebrate over the last few weeks.

They are winners of three straight games and have the best offense in football since Week 7.

Quarterback Dak Prescott has been a big reason for their recent success.

He is playing quarterback at a very high level and has been the key cog in the Cowboys’ recent success.

But, running back Ezekiel Elliott is also having a good season, especially from short yardage.

Elliott is almost unstoppable around the goal line and his eight touchdowns this season prove that.

He and Tony Pollard have given Dallas one of the most dangerous running back duos in the NFL.

But, last Sunday night Elliott and Prescott had a little too much fun after a fourth-quarter touchdown against the Colts.

Elliott rushed in a four-yard touchdown run but was fined for the “Zeke-In-The-Box” celebration.

There is a reason that the NFL is sometimes referred to as the “No Fun League”.

This was a classic celebration from Elliott and Prescott but they will pay for it.

For the second time in as many weeks, the Cowboys had players fined for using the Salvation Army kettle as a prop.

But, neither time was there a flag thrown on the field for excessive celebration.

More Celebrations To Come?

The Cowboys usually wait until late in a game when they are up multiple scores to celebrate with the kettle.

Facing the Houston Texans on Sunday as 17-point favorites, we might see another kettle celebration coming.

It does not seem like the NFL will be lenient when it comes to using the kettle as a prop.

Even if the celebrations are bringing light to a good cause.

Dallas also plays a home game against the Eagles on Christmas Eve where the kettle could come into play again.

The Cowboys looks like one of the best teams in the NFL this season.

Their defense is playing at a high level, and they are getting elite offensive production.

Dallas could be a serious problem for many teams come playoff time.
