The Buffalo Bills entered the season as Super Bowl favorites.
Even after a few up and down weeks, the Bills still find themselves with a record of 9-3.
That is good enough to be ranked first in the AFC.
Unfortunately, the Bills just lost their best defensive player, Von Miller, to a season-ending ACL injury.
So now it is next man up on the Bills defense to try and keep their title hopes alive.
But, will this season be considered a failure if they do not win a Super Bowl ring?
The answer to that is yes.
Despite losing Miller, the Bills are still favorites to win the Super Bowl.
The Bills are currently first to win the Super Bowl with the Eagles not far behind.!

Plenty of pressure has been added to quarterback Josh Allen and the Bills offense to outscore teams.
Allen remains in the conversation for league MVP but he needs some elite production down the stretch.
His 3,406 passing yards rank third in the NFL, and his 25 touchdown passes are tied for second.
But their lack of rushing ability could be the downfall of this team.
Devin Singletary leads their team in rushing with only 603 yards.
Buffalo is a consistent run game away from being an unstoppable offense.
AFC Contenders
The two teams the Bills need to be aware of are the Kansas City Chiefs and the Cincinnati Bengals.
Kansas City is still an elite offense led by the best quarterback in the game.
While the reigning AFC champion Bengals are starting to find their stride at the right time.
All three of those teams have the capability of winning the Super Bowl.
So it might come down to whichever team can make a game-changing play in the playoffs.
Without Miller, will the Bills be able to close out games late?
That is something we all will be watching to see.
