Morgan Stanley downgrades Airbnb to underweight from equal weight Morgan Stanley said it’s starting to see the “supply bear case” take hold for shares of Airbnb. “Supply deep dive speaks to slowing listings growth, occupancy headwinds, and lower room night demand.
