Brazil-based company JBS ’s IT hiring rose 3.0% in November 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.

The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 0.43% in November 2022 when compared with October 2022.

IT jobs claimed a 2% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2022, and recorded a 0.33% decline over the last three-month average share.

Computer and Information Analysts tops JBS IT hiring in November 2022

Out of the total IT job titles posted by JBS, Computer and Information Analysts emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 43.75% in November 2022, and a 16.67% rise over October 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 31.25% in November 2022, and registered growth of 66.67%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 12.5% in November 2022, a 50% drop from October 2022.

North America drives IT hiring at JBS

North America emerged as the leading region in the global food IT hiring activity in November 2022 with a 56.25% share, which marked an 18.18% drop over the previous month.

South & Central America stood next with 25%, registering a flat month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with an 18.75% share and a 200% rise over October 2022.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s food industry IT hiring activity with a 56.25% share in November 2022, an 18.18% decline over October 2022. Brazil featured next with a 25% share, flat growth over the previous month. Australia recorded an 18.75% share, an increase of 200% compared with October 2022.

Junior Level jobs lead JBS IT hiring activity in November 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 87.5%, up by 7.69% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 12.5% share, a growth of 100% compared with the previous month.
