The NFL once again gave us some awesome games in Week 13.

But, it was the individual performances that took over Sunday.

Every week it seems to be someone new having a huge game.

That was no different in Week 13.

Here are two players that had big games on Sunday.

1. Jalen Hurts

The Philadelphia Eagles entered Sunday with the league’s best record of 10-1.

Hosting the Tennessee Titans, the Eagles knew they could exploit them through the air.

That is precisely what Jalen Hurts did on Sunday.

The 24-year-old quarterback threw for 380 yards and three touchdowns against Tennessee.

He even added a rushing touchdown as well.

This was the best passing performance from Hurts this season, and his MVP case vastly improved.

He now sits only a sliver behind Patrick Mahomes as the betting favorite for MVP.

Whoever plays better over the final five games will most likely win the award.

2. Davante Adams

The Las Vegas Raiders are finally starting to play up to their potential.

After winning three straight games, the Raiders have improved to 5-7 on the year.

One constant for them this season has been wide receiver Davante Adams.

He has been everything the Raiders hoped for when they acquired him in the offseason.

No player in the NFL is playing at a higher level than Adams right now.

On Sunday, the 29-year-old torched the Los Angeles Chargers, catching eight passes for 177 yards and two touchdowns.

Adams continues to be a bright spot for the Raiders offense, and one of the main reasons for their turnaround.

Looking at the Raiders schedule, they have a chance to get back to .500 over the next few weeks.
