NBA legend Magic Johnson is looking to dip his toes into owning an NFL team.
Johnson is seeking to get a stake in the Las Vegas Raiders.
The Raiders are one of the biggest franchises in the NFL and the price to get a stake in them will not be cheap.
But, investing in sports franchises is nothing new to Johnson.
He already owns a stake in the Los Angeles Dodgers and his investment firm is looking for another massive deal.

A New Challenge
It remains to be seen what Magic will do as a part owner of the Raiders.
But, he could try to move them back to Los Angeles.
While that is extremely unlikely, the Raiders could use some changes to their team.
The Raiders have not won a playoff game since 2002.
It is not looking good for them this season either.
The Raiders are 2-4 through seven weeks and are struggling to find an identity.
Derek Carr, Davante Adams, and Darren Waller should give them one of the best passing games in the NFL.
But, it has been Josh Jacobs that has carried the offense early on.
Jacobs is third in the NFL in rushing yards with 633.
In his contract year, he is playing the best football of his life.
The former first-round pick will be looking for a huge contract after this season.
But, paying running backs big deals is usually not a good business move.
If Magic can indeed get a stake in the Raiders, it will be interesting to see what changes he makes.
