Diamond Foods Inc., of Stockton, CA, is recalling Rocky Road Trail Mix distributed by Better Living Brands LLC, because of glass pieces found in a lot of chocolate covered peanuts.

The recalled products were distributed to eight distribution centers located in California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah and Texas, according to the company notice posted by the Food and Drug Administration.. Further distribution may have occurred.

The recall was initiated on Oct. 6 and is ongoing.

If consumers have any of the recalled products, they should dispose of them or return them to the place of purchase.
