The NFL week five matchups have some interesting games set for fans.
Sunday’s slate of games kick off with an early morning game from London.
However, the week five games end with a Monday night game between AFC West division rivals.
While there’s plenty of action for fans this week, every game is going to have a loser.
So out of the remaining slate of week five games, which three teams are most likely to lose their game?
3. Carolina Panthers
There’s a train wreck of a team in Carolina with the Panthers.
Head coach Matt Rhule, who’s on the hot seat, hasn’t gotten his offense together.
Quarterback Baker Mayfield, who the team brought in to save their season, is a total disappointment.

Mayfield is the least efficient QB in the NFL. He’s ranked 33rd of 33 qualifying QBs in expected points added per play and ranks 32nd in completion % over expected. And this year, there’s no injury excuse pic.twitter.com/uw1FVDFjL9

With them going against a solid San Francisco 49ers’ defense, there’s little hope for a win.
Mayfield isn’t showing any flash on offense, something hurting their chances of winning games.
However, he’s getting little help from running back Christian McCaffrey, who’s been inconsistent against defenses this season.
While the Panthers defense has done better this season, their offense is one of the worst.
Without Mayfield and McCaffrey living up to their potential, there’s no hope this week for a win against the 49ers.
2. Pittsburgh Steelers
The Kenny Pickett era has begun in Pittsburgh.
However, the era might soon turn into an error by the Steelers.
While his first NFL game in week four had some positives, there are plenty of down sides with the rookie QB.
When facing the New York Jets in week four, Pickett threw three interceptions.

But the bright side was how Pickett had all 13 of his passes caught by someone in that game.
The Good News: Kenny Pickett completed all 13 of the passes he threw.
The Bad News: 3 of those were caught by Jets players.

While his accuracy isn’t a problem, his decision making might be the issue going against the Buffalo Bills defense.
Even with the team missing some key players in the secondary, they have the people up front who can pressure Pickett into mistakes.
Making costly mistakes against the Bills will end their chances of winning.
The Bills’ offense is too good to give away any opportunity handed to them.
1. Houston Texans
The Houston Texans are the last team remaining who haven’t won a game.
However, that streak won’t end, despite playing against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
While the Jaguars were the worst NFL team during the past two seasons, they are turning things around.
Trevor Lawrence is becoming a solid QB in Jacksonville, recording eight touchdowns against two interceptions in four games.
He’s now a middle of the pack QB in the NFL, and looking to improve after facing the Texans.
To help him, the Jaguars are giving him the fifth ranked defense in terms of average points allowed.
With the Texans having few talented offensive stars, they won’t be scoring much against the Jaguars.
While the Texans have a solid pass defense, it won’t be enough to stop the Jaguars.
So this means the Texans must endure one more week without a win.
Until they can show promise on offense, there won’t be any change in their losing record.
