Jasprit Bumrah shone for India on their recent tour of England, particularly at the Oval where he picked up six wickets in the match. Here is a look at who are the leading three bowlers in ODI cricket at the moment, starting with the Indian seamer.

Bumrah plays all three formats of the game for India, but it is in the 50-overs game where he has really shone this year. World champions England found him very difficult to deal with in their three-match home series.
The Indian bowler has a lot of experience playing cricket around the world and he seems to adapt well to any conditions. He will be key for India in Australia later in 2022 at the T20 World Cup where his side is +350 in the bet on cricket odds.
The 28-year-old will also be looking to continue his hot form when India takes on West Indies in a One Day series next. The visitors are likely to be popular in the cricket predictions for those matches, as their star bowler should take plenty of wickets in the Caribbean.
Trent Boult
New Zealand’s Trent Boult currently leads the ICC ODI bowling rankings with a rating of 704. Like Bumrah, Boult is not short of experience. He is a regular for the Kiwis in ODI, Test and T20 cricket. He also plays in the Indian Premier League for the Rajasthan Royals.
Boult has often produced his best cricket at the World Cup. In 2015, he was the joint-highest wicket-taker, while in 2019, he picked up a hat-trick against Australia, becoming the first Kiwi to do so in the history of the tournament. The Kiwis made it through to the final three years ago before losing to England.

The 32-year-old left-arm bowler is likely to feature for his country in their series against the West Indies and Australia later this year. Those matches will allow him to test himself against some of the leading batters in international cricket.
Josh Hazelwood
Josh Hazelwood made his debut for Australia in ODI cricket in 2010 against England and since then he has been a regular for his country. He is close to 100 wickets now, and he is operating at an impressive average of 26.15.
Hazelwood has been at the top end of the ICC ODI bowling rankings throughout his career. He has kept up a great tradition that Australia has of producing talented pace bowlers. The 6ft 5in seamer can get extra bounce due to his height, causing problems for all the best batsmen in the sport.
The Australian picked up four wickets in his country’s recent ODI series in Sri Lanka. Despite conditions favouring spinners on the majority of the pitches, he still had a big impact. The Royal Challengers Bangalore player will be back in the sub-continent in 2023 for the Cricket World Cup in India.
All three men have set the standard for many others to follow in ODI cricket. Their consistency is what makes them stand out as the best trio of white-ball bowlers in the sport.
