Former Capitol Police Officer Blasts ‘Coward’ Josh Hawley

Former Capitol police officer Michael Fanone said that Josh Hawley ran away like a coward and accused the Missouri senator of being a fraud.

Video of Fanone:

Former officer Fanone said of  Hawley running away, “I thought he ran like a coward, like many people in Trump world, he performs when he’s in front of a camera, and he acts very differently when he is not.”

Fanone compared Trump to Vince McMahon, “I draw the parallel sometimes when I talk about Donald Trump. And his relationship with Vince McMahon. Who, if you’re not familiar with the wonderful world of wrestling, which I am from a youth, Donald Trump kind of brought the Vince McMahon playbook into his world of politics, and that, you have these individuals like Marjorie Taylor Greene and Josh Hawley, that play a character and behave a certain way in front of the camera, because they know it draws attention and they know that there are a lot of Americans out there that react to that, unfortunately, not in a positive way.”

Republicans are faking it. They are playing parts. People like Josh Hawley, Ted Cruz, Jim Jordan, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and others put on a show for the cameras because they know it will get them money and attention.

Josh Hawley is a coward. With the Trump insurrectionists breaching the Capitol, not a single House or Senate Republican stood with them to fight. They all pulled a Hawley and ran as fast as they could in the other direction.

The video of Josh Hawley running away will follow him for the rest of his career. Sen. Hawley had presidential ambitions, but he will be lucky to keep his Senate seat in Missouri because he revealed himself to be a coward and a fraud.
