Disclosure: Thank you to Nordstrom and ShopStyle for sponsoring today’s post. All products were selected, ordered, and loved by yours truly.
I never considered myself to be such a dress girl until recently when I discovered that if I wear a dress, I only have to choose one thing from my closet to put on. One thing means less laundry which means less grumpiness when it’s time to put said laundry away. Long story short, wearing dresses is saving my sanity and my water usage so it’s a win all around. The only con to dresses: don’t act like you don’t know – shaving. It’s still a thing I’m mentally processing through but with enough bravery and discipline, I’m getting there. Friends, we can do hard things and sometimes that hard thing is shaving more than once a week.
When it comes to where I like to get my dresses it’s the same place I like to get anything – Nordstrom. They always have such a large selection of inventory from high quality brands I love and trust at price points both high and low. Another reason I love dress shopping at Nordstrom – free returns. Dress shopping can be tricky [do I size up, do I size down] and I typically like to order two sizes to be sure I get the right one. Knowing I can return with ease is worth every dollar in my opinion!
