Scottsdale mega-mansion sells for $28.1 million, an Arizona report

Arizona simply noticed its priciest house sale ever.

In Scottsdale, a 21,000-square-foot mega-mansion has traded fingers for $28.1 million. It shatters the former report, which was once set in 2020 when every other Scottsdale mansion offered for $24.1 million.

Fittingly named Altitude, the prized assets spans just about 5 acres and sits atop a top within the Summit at Silverleaf neighborhood. Partitions of glass soak up sweeping perspectives of town and valley underneath, and out again, a scenic hearth pit hovers above the swimming pool. On the fringe of the valuables, there’s a viewing tower.

Inbuilt 2021, the trendy mansion boasts 8 bedrooms, 15 bogs, huge residing areas and comfort facilities. Essentially the most voluminous house is the lobby, which includes a swirling staircase that wraps round a three-story elevator.

Herbal stone fills the house, touching up areas akin to a double-island kitchen, wine bar, espresso bar, yoga room and sport room. Different highlights come with a film theater with a 4K projector, climate-controlled 12-car storage and lined terrace with its personal hearth pit.

Decks dangle off the again of the house, overlooking an enormous patio with a fountain-fed swimming pool and two integrated grills. Perspectives stretch from downtown Scottsdale to Phoenix’s Camelback Mountain.

The valuables first surfaced on the market in February for $29.5 million, and the deal went into contract a month later, in line with the More than one Checklist Provider.

Darren Tackett of Re/Max Effective Homes held the checklist. Laura Briggs of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s Global Realty represented the patron.
