Jack Dorsey, the cofounder and previous CEO of Twitter, is leaving the social community’s board of administrators on Wednesday. Dorsey’s deliberate departure comes as his time period at the board expires as the corporate holds its 2022 shareholders assembly.
In November, Dorsey stepped down at Twitter CEO, handing the position over to Parag Agrawal.
Dorsey’s go out comes at a tumultuous time for for Twitter. Remaining month, Telsa and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk reached a $44 billion deal to shop for the social community.
