Ukraine has accused Russia of losing a bomb on a college in Luhansk area the place 90 other people have been taking safe haven.
Serhiy Hayday, the pinnacle of the Luhansk area army management, stated a Russian airplane had dropped a bomb at the college within the village of Bilohorivka, which is set 7 miles from the entrance strains.
