There are claims that hundreds of disabled Ukrainian kids had been forgotten and deserted in establishments that may’t take care of them.
The human rights organisation, Incapacity Rights World, has performed an investigation and located kids with critical disabilities tied to beds in overrun kids’s houses not able to manage.
