Amazon has requested the Nationwide Exertions Members of the family Board (NLRB) for a revote on its staff’ choice to unionize at its Staten Island warehouse in New York, Forbes reported overdue Friday.

Amazon has alleged the NLRB used ways like voter suppression — together with handiest have 3 balloting cubicles for hundreds of staff — bribes and threats to get staff to vote to unionize, in keeping with Forbes bringing up objections filed via Amazon Friday.

Amazon and the NLRB did not instantly reply to a request for remark.

Warehouse employees in Staten Island voted remaining week to sign up for the brand new Amazon Exertions Union in a US first, with the vote coming down to two,654 to two,131.
