Asian Pear and Cabbage Slaw Recipe

Serves 3

Components:

2 Asian pears, peeled and lower into batons
5 huge savoy cabbage leaves, thinly sliced
¼ cup cilantro, kind of chopped
1½ inches contemporary ginger, peeled and grated
1 teaspoon salt, plus extra to style
½ teaspoon flooring white pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ cup rice wine vinegar

Directions:
