Workforce of Butchers, the Netherlands-based meals staff, is to obtain native trade De Menken Keuken.
Monetary phrases for the takeover of the family-owned De Menken Keuken weren’t disclosed.
Based in 1997, Workforce of Butchers sells merchandise together with meat, able foods and soups into retail chains within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
In 2020, the trade noticed a transformation in possession with the sale of a majority stake within the corporate through private-equity fund Equistone Companions Europe to every other funding company, Parcom Non-public Fairness.
De Menken Keuken, founded within the northern Dutch the city of Sassenheim, manufactures chilly cuts, chilled salads, dips and tapas merchandise.
