Melanie Lynskey has a message for her critics.
Over the weekend, the Yellowjackets big name, 44, unfolded concerning the “egregious” feedback she’s gained since the preferred Showtime collection debuted in November.
Responding to a since-deleted tweet from creator Ashley C. Ford about frame shamers, Lynskey wrote, “The tale of my existence since Yellowjackets premiered. Maximum egregious are the ‘I care about her well being!!’ other folks.” The actress, who’s mother to a 3-year-old daughter with husband Jason Ritter, added, “Complain you do not see me on my Peloton! You do not see me working throughout the park with my kid. Thin does no longer at all times equivalent wholesome.”
Lynskey’s newest clapback comes a couple of weeks after she opened as much as Rolling Stone about an incident involving a member of her display’s manufacturing staff creating a important remark to her all the way through filming.
Of the Yellowjackets staff member, she recalled to the newsletter, “They have been asking me, ‘What do you propose to do? I am positive the manufacturers gets you a teacher. They would love that will help you with this.'”
